Our own Friendship Circle Coordinator Carol King is a professional yoga instructor. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting and improves flexibility and concentration while boosting your mood - watch a short video here.

Carol is donating a portion of enrollment to the JCC.
Wednesdays: 10:30 am, 1 hour.
Rate: $60.00 for 6 1-hour classes.

Jewish Family and Children's Services
    
JFCS is delivering groceries to anyone in need - Jewish and non-Jewish. 
A volunteer will take the senior’s list to a supermarket and purchase the list. The elder pays for the groceries by check directly to the volunteer OR JFCS distributes gift cards for Safeway and Trader Joe’s to those in need AND Volunteers go to the local Food bank and get food at no cost. People without funds get a weekly food delivery from the food bank and then they can shop with to get the other items they want/need.  https://www.jfcs.org/?location=sonoma-county

Windsor on Wheels provides up to 4 round trips monthly to locations in Sonoma County. The service is limited to Windsor residents.
